W.D.Peter

Dariusz (Peter) Wojcinowicz, know as W.D.Peter at the age of 23, had a life-transforming encounter with Christ in 2003 in the U.K., while pursuing his career in the construction industry. He said, “While building roads in London for Indian communities, I spent a significant amount of time on my knees, yet never missed a day at work. I had a spiritual experience while kneeling down on the street. I have been cherishing it throughout the years. Truly, I am cherishing that time since I saw an open vision of Jesus Christ carrying the cross. He was so drenched with blood that I couldn’t tell who he was. Soaked in blood, and through his bleeding eyes, he looked at me. With eyes that were piercing, as if He was examining my soul, He said,

“I died for your sins; it is you who crucified Me, and it is your sins and the rebellion of all peoples’ sins that crucified Me.”

Deep conviction of sins came upon me with a desire for repentance and righteous living. Jesus told me to pick up my cross and follow Him, and I did. Even when the cross is heavy and the path is narrow and slippery, His grace is always sufficient and His strength is made perfect in my weakness, according to 2 Corinthians 12:9. Now this is my 22st year since this life-transforming encounter with the ‘bleeding lamb of God’, and since I never look back or regret the life-transforming decision. I aimed to follow Christ. Jesus said to His disciples,

If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me. Matthew 16:24

In obedience to the leading of the Holy Spirit, a few months later, an invitation came from volunteer Amporn Jupoa to visit Thailand. Immediately, I accepted the invitation, left everything behind, and went purely by faith to the unknown. I served faithfully as a volunteer among local tribes, helping orphaned children, teaching English, with every opportunity to read the Bible and learn the truth from local ministers. And above all, I learned how to love and to pray, pray and pray…

Philadelphia Foundation (in Thai language ‘Ruamjai Rak’) was founded in Chiang Rai, Thailand, in 2004 and was originally called Jesus Christ Eagles Ministry.

With great commission given by the Head of the Body to:

Go you into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover. After the seasons filled with prayer, fasting, and prophetic intercession on the ‘Shalom ‘Yahweh’ Prayer Mountain’, the LORD give me Leviticus 6:12-13 and comissioning me to pray for the city of Chiang Mai in the early 2016.

The praying and intercessory movement was gaining momentum with weekly all-night prayers. People were adding to the Kingdom of God by being baptised in water, the Holy Spirit, and fire.

You are like a bulldozer who will just open the way. Nations are open when bulldozers go through to welcome the King of Glory and the Bridegroom to come and prepare the Bride. You have the anointing of John the Baptist. 

And we are experiencing the birth of a ‘healing movement in the land’ focused on apostolic discipleship—a the fivefold call to go, preach the gospel of the kingdom, and make disciples. We are submitting each season to the leadership of the Holy Spirit and are open to His leading. I believe we has already start on 22nd April 2026. Planting a ‘house to house’ network of small groups are anointed places that become the hubs for God’s dwelling presence, where people are saved, baptised in the water, the Holy Spirit and fire, healed, restored, encouraged, and receive their spiritual breakthrough’s. To align with the apostolic model in the Book of Acts, we must return to the practices of the first-century church. The apostolic church gathered primarily in homes, which served as the structural foundation of family and community. It was in an upper room—a home—that 120 believers, ‘disciples-ministers’, waited with anticipation to fulfil their apostolic calling. Jesus instructed his disciples not to rely on their own strength or talents, but to wait for the promise of the Father: the Holy Spirit. The New Testament documents the church meeting in homes at least 13 times, such as Acts 2:46, “So continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate their food with gladness and simplicity of heart.” Clearly, we could see that throughout the Scriptures the believers were moving from house to house, breaking bread, praying, and ministering the Word. After the believers gathered in public places like the temple, they used these opportunities to witness to the crowds, demonstrating the power of the Gospel of the Kingdom openly. This resulted in 3,000 people being saved (Acts 3:41) followed by 5,000 by the next day (Acts 4:4). We are praying for the believers to rise up and come along with us to plan an apostolic centre “Antioch Model” across 77 provinces as the ‘Lampstand, the apostolic and prophetic foundation’ since we “having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being the chief cornerstone, in whom the whole building, being fitted together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord, in whom you also are being built together for a dwelling place of God in the Spirit”. Our hearts are burning with new oil and fresh fire and preparing for Christ’s second coming by preaching the Gospel of the Kingdom of God.

Luke 1:17, He will also go before Him in the spirit and power of Elijah, ‘to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children,’ and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just, to make ready a people prepared for the Lord.

Strong prophet of the end times that God has raised you up. Strong prophet, a precious prophet that God has risen up with a pure heart and also boldness of spirit that you fear no man. You are not here to please anyone; you have seen powerful people, you have no fear of evil people in religious high places. You will speak prophetic Word that will enter the hearts of the people because “you don’t go around the bush”. You must release the Word. I see people have to either repent to the Word or they have to reject the Word. They simply can’t stay neutral through the Word that should be released from your mouth, and the Word comes with great fire. I see your mouth full of fire when you release the Word with fire; it will burn the hearts, it will cost them to repent, to be radically saved and transformed and on fire for God. The Lord will send you to places, key cities turn nations around as you release the Word under prophetic unction upon you. It is very interesting like three of you (my spiritual mother and friend were standing behind me, both from Singapore) the Lord is saying to you right now.Yes, you need people standing with you, covering you in the covenant relationship. The covenant relationship is where their protection is. Covenant to walking with you. There are people that God will bring to you that are willing to die for you and you for them as well. Such is the covenant so that an enemy can’t do anything when caught not to be divided. This unity, this unity is enough to break every work of the enemy. I am just sensing that the Light of the Father is upon you. I am sensing His joy over you. I said to you, My son, I have taken you from where you know, I took you from the dark places and I put you in the bright light of glory to be burning MY NAME (YHVH) in places that represent Me. I need people whom I can trust to represent Me fully. I heard the Father say, “You are one of them that I have chosen to represent Me. He delights over you.” The Lord’s hand of blessing and protection is over you, your wife, and all state of affairs, the mountain, ha ha ha; I see the glory on the mountains. I see the glory on the mountains! Oh, this prayer mountain, people will visit this prayer mountain, they will catch the fire and such a revelation. It is not just for Thailand; it is for the nations. Revelations flowing like a mighty river. I see the angel Michael standing over Thailand and Myanmar. Their destiny is related together. Just like Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Thailand, Myanmar, and Laos are connected. I see that the angelic host has an assignment to this region right now to effect rapid change. Indochina shall become most prospered. Fast-growing area in His mighty name of Jesus.

Rosh Hashanah 2017

On September 21st, 2017 (Heb. Rosh Hashanah 5778), focusing on the weekly prayer altar and weekly believers’ fellowship called Philadelphia ‘Brotherly Love’ International Remnant Fellowship. The revolutionary Scripture in that season came from Revelation 3:7-13 and Isaiah 22:22. The emphasis here is on the irreversible permanence of what is accomplished. Once open, no man can shut it. Once shut, no man can open it. Isaiah 60:1-3, James 1:17, 2 Chronicles 7:14. During a prayer meeting marked by deep repentance for their sins, they recognised that the kingdom is at hand and Heavenly Father spoke,

“Build Me a dwelling place where I can rest in your midst.”

The same year, a book written by Tom Hess, ‘Seek first the Kingdom’, was translated into Thai language by our ministry team.

On January 26-27th, 2019, we went with the Kingdom family to Doi Inthanon Mountain, the highest mountain in Thailand, for the prayer summit. The next day, early morning, I went for my prayer walk to the woods and, as I walked, I found a spot to set down. As I prayed in the spirit language and meditated on God’s word, I behold an open vision.“I was found looking under the water; the water was very clean and clear, fresh, and at that moment I was reminded of the Holy Spirit as the water of life.

And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding from the throne of God and of the Lamb’. Revelation 22:1

Before my eyes, one by one, the Big Five wonderfully looking fish began to appear. They were healthy and beautifully coloured with rainbow hues. Five large fish were perfectly connected, their bodies forming a single entity. Beneath them, numerous smaller fish swam in submission, creating a striking image of perfect unity within God’s creation. Shortly afterwards, sister Olga from the Philippines shared her prophetic message she received during our prayer time.

She said, “God has the big picture. God allows and enables us to see and be part of it. There is a marriage happening. It is not the marriage of the Lamb. It is a marriage covenant of pioneers/apostles, seers/prophets, pastors/shepherds, teachers, and evangelists. For too long, they have kept each other at arm’s length. But the Lord has reckoned it a while back. As the world’s agenda is moving…God’s agenda is advancing even greater. He is coming with the weight of glory only a whole and healthy Bride can hold. God requires and needs them as one. Cover the Four Corners (North, East, West, South) and anoint its pillars. Pray for the church leaders.

The Prophetic Charge, Activation and Commissioning

‘Expect more than you have been expecting, believe in the supernatural. Because you are moving to your supernatural realms, you’ve got the training and knowledge, but the Lord said, let Me convert your coffee grinds to coffee, which means from knowledge to workability. Now, God said that I will take all the knowledge that I have given you and convert it into keepability and demonstrate it. Therefore, start doing what you have been preaching and preach the supernatural until you start believing your preaching, and people start believing that they are getting their miracles. Because from now on, it’s going to take miracles to breakthrough in this next dimension in all new areas. There are demons bigger than you have ever faced before, but GOD says I am empowering you like you never were before, and you are going to speak with the words of faith, you are going to decree, you are going to know that you have got the power to put the biggest demon in hell, and you are going to lead people in warfare; they will go against the enemy, and GOD said, “I am going to tear down the strongholds. I am going to open doors that no missionary has ever opened before, and you are going to be bold with the word to top leaders, and you are going to have the word for the people. My son, all that I had promised you, all that you had in visions, maybe they are just “daydreaming”; it will come to pass. It was My Spirit, it was My anointing, and I anoint you now! and I appoint you now! to be My voice, and I backed you up to speak My Word with demonstration. You speak My Word, and I will heal the sick, I will cast out devils, heal the oppressed, I will make a way where there was no way, as the prayer of the saints is going forward strong and moving. You are my instrument to get the job done, rise and be a man of faith, be the man of boldness, be the man of miracles with signs and wonders, and I will fulfil all that I promised you, and I will take care of the finances, I will take care of the people, I will take care of the situations.” You just do what I tell you to do, and I will take care of all the rest, saith the LORD. Amen. Hallelujah, you have the anointing over there.

Empowering and commissioning the apostolic team with the Holy Spirit’s fire to establish “fire starters schools”.

Our Thai team hosted the Refiners Fire Revival conference at Lanna Palace Hotel, Prayer Tower on the 14th floor in Chiang Mai from July 25-27, 2018.  Jesus Christ ignited His Bride’s passion and fervour in faith, preparing His people to serve and reign now and in the Kingdom to come.  About half a year later, on February 18-24, 2019, two of us attended the first Fire Starters School in Singapore.

On December 11th, 2021, the Apostolic Mission from Singapore, led by Dr.Paul Ang and apostle Joshua Tan, along with other leadership nations of New Zealand, Australia, Malaysia, and America, ordained and commissioned us as an “apostolic team.” To partner in preparing and conducting “The Fire Starters Schools” in Chiang Mai, Khon Kaen, Kanchanaburi, Hat Yai, Bangkok, two in Korat, east of Thailand, and one in East Malaysia, Miri, Sarawak. In total, approximately over 800 students were impacted, received the spiritual impartation, were touched, activated, and released into their callings. It is encouraging to see that these ministries continue to grow and multiply among their communities. It is encouraging to see that these ministries continue to grow and multiply among their communities. That season ending in 2025 with the 7th AOF Fire Starts Schools has concluded. We give all the glory, honour, praise, and thanksgiving to the Almighty God, His Beloved Son Jesus, the Messiah, and the Holy Spirit. He has worked gracefully for us.

Philadelphia Apostolic Mission Centere, CM.Thailand

Seven years later, Philadelphia Apostolic Mission Centre (PAMC) was officially launched in Chiang Mai on February 22, 2024, by Thai Apostolic Church, Beth of Victory of Korat, East of Thailand. Since then, we have focused on hosting the apostolic and prophetic movement to make disciples for Christ and plant “church homes” to serve as his witnesses within the local community across various ethnic groups. Additionally, we are hosting the prophetic intensive trainings and expanded our outreach internationally.

God is doing a something new in Thailand and beyong as the prophet Isaiah proclaimed saying,

Do not remember the former things,
Nor consider the things of old.
Behold, I will do a new thing,
Now it shall spring forth;
Shall you not know it?
I will even make a road in the wilderness
And rivers in the desert.

Dr.Bill Hamon has written in his book “Apostles, Prophets and the Coming Moves of God”,

“Now the last day of Apostolic Reformation will put the final finishing touches on the Church. This new Apostolic Movement will accelerate the final restoration work of the Holy Spirit, causing it to be accomplished in one generation”. There are billions of souls to be harvested into the Kingdom of God with the purpose of maturing them until all of them come to the manhood and perfection of Christ. Jesus Christ is calling us as the co-labor with Him to rule and minister with Him. The purpose of the new Apostolic Movement is to bring about the new wineskin and the new wine. It means that man-made traditions in the Church must experience transformation”.

We are in the last hour, and the world is getting darker, prophesied by Jesus Christ of the ‘Days of Noah and Lot’, and God’s remnant, faithful church needs to rise and ‘go, preach the Gospel of the Kingdom and make radical disciples’ for Christ. With the Kingdom Alliance, meaning brotherly partnership in the Body of Christ with different ‘living stones among the five and ninefold’ ministries working together ‘hand in hand’ to equip the saints with the gifts of the Holy Spirit. The fire of the Holy Spirit is moving and empowering His Church with new zeal for the lost souls. We cannot fulfil this calling alone; therefore, prayfully consider partnering with us, and together we can see the Lamb and the King Jesus Christ receiving His joyful rewards. As the two young Moravian missionaries from the Herrenhut community were going to the West Indies to preach the Gospel, their voices rose in the ship and proclaimed,

“The Prophetic At the End of the Age” book is dedicated to my Heavenly Father, His Son Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit. In addition, to my mentor Dr. Annette R. Wright and to the faithful spiritual family of the Kingdom among the nations that the Lord has put in my path. You are truly the prophetic end-time victorious army. I am grateful for your faithful support in my fight for faith. May God graciously and supernaturally equip you with His mighty Helper, the Holy Spirit. Through this book, I impart to you the prophetic anointing, which will cause you to rise to your calling. Now, be strengthened and reinforced with mighty power in your innermost being, to fulfil your prophetic destiny.
