The Holy Spirit says this is the season for God’s prophets to rise. Anointed prophets, who have been hiding in the caves of nations, are being prepared to deliver God’s message to the world. This book helps readers understand the revelatory nature of God’s voice, imparted to those upon whom He has placed His insignia and Spirit. In conclusion, I believe every believer would benefit greatly from reading this book, especially those with a prophetic gift, called by God to be a prophet to the nations, restoring the authenticity of the Office of the Prophet aligned with anointed apostles.

Apostolic Wisdom

Apostolic wisdom is essential for resolving conflict within the church. In Acts 15, a sharp dispute arose between Jewish and Gentile believers regarding circumcision. Some Jewish believers insisted that Gentiles must be circumcised and follow the Law of Moses to be saved. This tension was so severe that even church leaders like Peter, John, and…

Submission to God’s Appointed Authority

Throughout His life and ministry, Jesus Christ consistently submitted His will to the will of God and honored the authorities God placed in His life. At age twelve, after staying behind in Jerusalem to teach in the temple, Jesus told His parents, “I must be about my Father’s business.” Yet, the Bible notes that He…

Apostolic Authority and Power

To paraphrase: the Apostle Paul prophetically typifies Elijah. Just as Elijah confronted the principalities and powers of false gods—specifically the 450 false prophets of Baal—Paul operated with a similar apostolic spiritual power in Ephesians. Elijah stood alone against King Ahab, false priests of Queen Jezebel, and an entire nation enslaved to evil spirits. God, having…

Apostolic and Prophetic Community of Believers

The Biblical pattern of the community being one body of Christ, one kingdom, family, and one household of God requires us to work and serve one another as members of one community. While we meet weekly in various communities, it’s clear that any ministry established by God cannot be considered a so-called ministry because it’s…

What is the Church?

For a more biblical perspective, the church is not a place or a building where people go to worship. The Early Church’s evidence shows that buildings were insignificant in their life and function for more than three centuries. Churches do not belong to a ‘holy’ temple or shrine that has objects of worship. Such places…

The Office of the Apostles

In the divine structure of ministry, each office plays a unique and vital role in advancing the Kingdom of God. The apostle, often symbolized as the thumb on the hand, represents connection, strength, and versatility. Just as the thumb enables the hand to function effectively by working in harmony with the other fingers, the apostle connects and empowers the various ministries within the body of Christ.

The Apostle as the Thumb of the Hand

The Apostle serves as the thumb on the hand, connecting all the fingers and unlocking the key to all ministries. This symbolic representation highlights the apostle’s ability to work alongside every other office—prophets, evangelists, shepherds, and teachers—bringing unity and coordination to the work of the Church. Without the thumb, the hand’s grip is weak; likewise, without the apostolic office, the Church’s structure lacks cohesion and strength.

Building the Kingdom of God

Equipped with the necessary skills and abilities, the apostle plays a crucial role in successfully building the Kingdom of God. Apostles are visionaries and pioneers, often called to establish new works, plant churches, and lay spiritual foundations where none previously existed. Their leadership and discernment guide others toward fulfilling God’s divine purpose, ensuring that every ministry operates in alignment with His will.

Collaboration with Other Ministries

The primary function of the apostle is to collaborate with prophets, evangelists, shepherds, teachers, deacons, and helpers of ministry. This collaboration extends to administrators, elders, and even government officials within the Church. The apostle’s role is not one of isolation but of partnership—bringing together diverse gifts and callings to function as one unified body. Through this cooperation, the Church becomes a living, breathing organism that reflects the fullness of Christ’s ministry on earth.

Shepherding and Oversight

An apostle has the potential to become a shepherd or pastor overseeing churches they have planted. This pastoral dimension allows them to nurture and guide the congregations they have established, ensuring that each church remains rooted in sound doctrine and spiritual maturity. Their oversight provides stability and continuity, fostering growth and accountability within the body of believers.

Apostolic Abilities and Spiritual Gifts

The apostolic calling is marked by a range of abilities that serve the Church and the world. Apostles are often gifted in evangelising the lost, teaching people the Word of God, and discerning the voice of God with clarity and authority. These abilities enable them to lead effectively, inspire faith, and equip others for ministry. Their discernment ensures that the Church remains sensitive to the leading of the Holy Spirit and responsive to God’s direction.

The Office of the Apostles stands as a cornerstone in the divine order of ministry. Like the thumb that strengthens and connects the hand, the apostle unites and empowers the various offices within the Church. Through vision, collaboration, and spiritual authority, apostles play a foundational role in building and sustaining the Kingdom of God on earth.
